U.S. Bank Equipment Finance – Manufacturing Vendor Services is seeking a high performing Relationship Manager for the Texas territory (Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and Mississippi).

Our experienced equipment financing professionals provide in depth equipment knowledge, providing innovative, sound guidance and tailored solutions backed by the stability of the fifth largest bank in the United States. Our highly competitive financing options include capital leases, fair market value leases, rentals, and loans for transactions starting at $5,000. We are well capitalized, and don’t rely on secondary markets to discount transactions. Our own in-house leasing associates, credit underwriting and equipment management teams provide service, convenience and flexibility to our clients in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate, develop and maintain existing relationships with numerous vendor sources of manufacturing leasing business

• Identify, analyze, and qualify new direct leasing business

• Meet with direct and vendor prospects – explain leasing services, program development and implementation

• Work closely with home office support team to ensure customer satisfaction

• Consult with clients daily about their business strategies and how U.S. Bank can help increase their profitability, reduce administrative expense, increase competitiveness, and decrease business risk

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• 10 or more years of leasing and sales experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong knowledge of leasing/financing products and services

• Proven track record of new business development and sales in assigned territory

• Strong cold-calling capability

• Attention to detail

• Commitment to exemplary service

• Ability to understand financial/credit policies and pricing analysis

• Dedication to close and maintain client relationships

• Excellent oral and written communications

• 5 - 10 years of related experience

• Proficiency in business, leasing industry and CRM software preferred

• Proven track record of success in manufacturing leasing preferred
