U.S. Bank Sales Training Specialist 2 in Fargo, North Dakota

This role is a combination of generated leads from US Bank Commercial Bankers in assigned market, and self-generated leads. Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Engage with product teams to help drive strategy

· Build relationship with bankers, ISV’s and other lead sources to drive leads

· Own the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Developprofitable new business account relationships

  • Identifybusiness opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, productsand services;

  • Make salespresentations to existing and prospective clients;

  • Respondingto RFP’s


  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, relevant workexperience

· 3 years of sales experience in the Payments Industry and Financial Services Industry

· 20% Travel

  • Passion forinnovation, emerging technology

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experiencein a client facing role selling and/or supporting complex enterprisesoftware, technical or financial services

  • Experienceselling eCommerce solutions in the merchant card industry

  • History ofexceeding quota

  • Strong negotiation and decision-makingskills

  • Ability tounderstand complex requirements and devise customized solutions

  • Ability tobuild strong pipeline with profitable opportunities

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation,verbal, and written communication skills

  • Excellent marketing and businessdevelopment/sales skills
