Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for an upbeat, organized and detail-oriented individual to provide routine administrative support to a leading company in Fargo, ND. This is a temporary opportunity beginning immediately and ending in November. The hours are M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm and the pay rate is $13.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operates personal computer to access the internet, email, electronic calendars, and other office support software

-Answers telephone, screens callers, relays messages, greets visitors and answers general questions

-Opens, sorts and screens mail

-Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Understanding of office procedures and methods

-Must have good communication skills; both verbally and written

-Proficient with Microsoft Office software

-Excellent typing and data entry skills

-High school diploma or equivalent
