Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is the planning and scheduling of all materials from incoming receipts through shipment of finished goods in support of customer orders.

Gather and analyze data from ERP system.

Run and download SAP reports into Excel based on Standard Job instructions.

Create adhoc reports using excel.

Update charts and graphs in Excel

Track and expedite manufacturing orders through the factory

Assist with Lean activities to improve efficiency of existing processes

Develop processes to track and forecast inventory levels using data from SAP and BI

Automate processes using GUI Scripts and excel macros

Qualification:

Completed 2 years of College in a Business or Supply Chain related major.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (charts, graphs, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc).

Familiar with the use of Microsoft Power point

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Ability to also work and collaborate with others

Education: High school diploma, or equivalent and at least two (2) years or sophomore standing and enrolled in an undergraduate study of Business field or similar.
