ENERGY DIVISION ASSISTANTThe United Quality Cooperative Energy Division has an opening for a position that supports the key functions of the department and management. Under general supervision performing a variety of tasks essential to the function of the operation including, but not limited to: customer service, billing and invoicing, pricing, re-sell, transport dispatch and product procurement.Primary Job FunctionsCustomer ServiceServe as an integral link between the public and the final delivery of petroleum and propane products and services. The primary job functions will be greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders, directing calls and supporting daily operations.BillingSupport the energy department with billing and the processing of daily delivery tickets.Administrative SupportSupport the functions of the energy department with the following:Energy Product PricingTransport Truck DispatchCustomer pricingInventory ProcurementInventory Level ManagementQualificationsMinimum QualificationsStrong Customer Service Skills.Ability to function in a high paced work environment.Technically inclined with ability to learn proprietary software.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Work Monday through Friday with the ability to cover weekend operations in the event of vacations or emergencies.Preferred QualificationsProven ability through previous employment history to function in a high paced environment with the ability to see tasks through to completion while dealing with distractions.Ability to learn and administer Energy Assistance Programs; Home Heat, State and Housing.Strong computer skills with the ability to learn proprietary computer software.Ability to simultaneously operate with multiple software applications and flow information back and forth.Successfully interact with customers via the telephone and provide a positive customer experience.Strong interpersonal office skills with a willingness to be a team player and support operations staff.Experience at adapting to shifting priorities.
