Continuing Education Incentive Program
Mechanical rehabilitation installers will work to inspect, identify, and solve mechanical system problems and failures within water, mechanical and sewer systems using Nu Flow technologies. H.A. Thompson & Sons is the only licensed provider of Nu Flow in the State of North Dakota. Nu Flow technologies provide cost-effective, green re-pipe alternatives and no-dig solutions, for pipe repairs.
Maintain and adhere to Nu Flow’s safety and procedures policy
Report deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to the construction/project manager
Assist in the installation of materials for water and drain infrastructure rehabilitation
Notify construction/project manager of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives
Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times
Report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to construction/project manager
Attend company-sponsored Nu Flow and safety training seminars and educational programs
Must be willing to work in a team environment
Must be willing to travel
High School diploma or equivalent or trade school education
Plumbing license preferred
Drain cleaning experience a plus
1 - 2 years construction or plumbing experience
Must hold a valid Driver's License accompanied by a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) for the past 36 months
Job may require in-state and out of state travel with per diem compensation
Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check
Be able to effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees
Must be dependable and demonstrate respectable work ethic
Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift or move heavy objects
Additional Skills Desired:
Trade school education is preferred.
