Job Title: Quality Specialist | Care Management | Multi-City

Hours Per Shift: 8 hr
This position can sit in either Sioux Falls, SD, or Fargo, ND.
Responsible for the day-to-day quality review processes of the Health Plan quality programs. These processes include reporting, data collection, data analysis, summary preparation, reports, profiles and assisting with Plan Accreditation functions. Responsible for supporting the department's Quality Evaluation and Focused Studies efforts and in the development and implementation of the Plan's Annual Quality Improvement Work Plan. Knowledge of quality management/performance improvement principles. Knowledge of accreditation standards and process. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have organizational skills, be able to handle a large number of projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines. Must have the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, with physicians, vendors and the general public. Must have the ability to lead and facilitate teams. Must have the ability to represent the quality team at meetings. Adequate knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred and required within 2 years of employment. Bachelor's degree in quality management, healthcare related field or management.
