This position will develop recruiting strategies necessary to meet the client's current and forecasted staffing needs. This position is also monitor and assist account staff in a matrix based environment to ensure the client's staffing requirements are met; they will develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client; they will maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and implement strategies to continue to capture market share; and they will be responsible for meeting the goals and objectives within an account portfolio which includes being accountable for meeting established budget goals.

This position will manage the sale and delivery of products / services to achieve agreed upon end results; they must have a strategic mindset and provide superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills; and they must follow processes & procedures as outlined in the organization's operational framework.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong client relationship and partner to provide innovative solutions to solve client needs and long term business strategy; develop and refine client processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions needed to streamline work-flow and increase operating efficiency

GP/Revenue Responsibility:

  • Over $1 million GP (if applicable to position)

Freedom to Act/Accountability:

  • Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors or high level staff specialists based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and schedules

  • Policy involvement: Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies


  • Accomplishes results through subordinate supervisors or exempt specialist associates. Modifies the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity subject to senior middle management approval. Often responsible for managing a staff function of the company.

  • Coach and mentor team and provide assistance as needed to reach goals

  • Assess / survey quality of work delivered by team based on established performance measures and specific client feedback

  • Provide requested summary regarding the quality of work provided by all resources to ensure there is an accurate perception of work completed

  • Collaborate with other resources to create action plans for individuals needing improvement to reach client satisfaction targets

  • Follow established metrics, goals and expected performance levels for all team members within assigned account portfolio and identify areas of improvement, provide feedback and coaching when appropriate

  • Recommend training where necessary to develop skills and techniques and coordinate the training to be delivered to new team members on account specific tasks and systems

Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:

  • Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Acts as an advisor to the subordinate supervisors or staff members to help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Directly participates in establishing/administering centralized functional projects. Submits and administers budget schedules and performance standards

  • Recognize team's overall influence to the account P&L and manage expenses responsibly; actively participate in forecasting and budgeting process; manage any aging issues with client bill collections; audit and verify accuracy of all invoices, billing accruals, and client reporting; and be familiar with contract schedules and contractual terms and have the ability to execute against them

  • Monitor assigned accounts to ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP or other comparable regulatory processes impacting recruitment pertinent to the requisitions supported; ensure assigned accounts are meeting diversity goals when applicable; and monitor account activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements


  • Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in critical delays and modifications to project/operations; cause substantial expenditure of time, human resources and funds; and jeopardize future business activity


  • Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives

  • Promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

  • PHR, SPHR, PMI or similar certifications preferred


5 - 7 years of related recruitment management experience


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drive

  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills

  • Experience presenting to C-level executives

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects

  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements

  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements

  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building

  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills

  • Ability to build strong effective relationships as a leader, team member, and Randstad resource
