The Customer Service Representative is responsible to provide a superior customer experience to our Western Equipment Finance customers. Position is responsible to provide a positive and impactful impression to our customers through an exceptional, accurate, and efficient customer experience and provide customers answers to their accounts and inquiries, in accordance to our organizationandrsquo;s vision, core values, and team guidelines.Answer customer inquiries in regards to their account or assist internal account managers with answering questions for their customers.Calculate buyouts in regards to customer inquiry.Provide payment and or customer account history in an efficient and effective manner, based off of customer inquiries.The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
