Position OverviewThis position the supports the Companiesand#39; Executives with project coordination, project assistance and higher level administrative support including supervision of receptionists. Duties will include the autonomous execution of complex tasks, completion of various projects, coordination of resources, and creation and management of complex documents using various software programs. This position enhances executiveand#39;s effectiveness by providing information management support. Primary Job FunctionsConserves executivesand#39; time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.Acts as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clientsCompletes and/or coordinates projects as assigned in support of Company Executives.May represent the executive by attending meetings in the executiveand#39;s absence.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Completes projects directly and by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.Oversees main reception area; supervises receptionistsCoordinate / schedule external communicationsCreate professional documents for executives.Assist with the design and creation of professional looking presentations.Manage inventory of office suppliesMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you collaborate with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.Helps company meet its Quality and Safety objectives.Other duties as may also be assigned. Minimum RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelorand#39;s degree or equivalent 5 or more years of experience in a legal, accounting, engineering, marketing or similar office environment. Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel; and MS Power Point.
