U.S. Bank Data Entry Clerk in FARGO, North Dakota
We are currently hiring in our Data Entry team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer applications. This role requires a thorough knowledge of products, procedures and services in the assigned area. The shift is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Performs data entry processing of credit card applications for new customer accounts.
Reviews documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal, investor, regulatory and department requirements.
Maintains records of all documents processed.
Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures.
Actively participates in any required business line training in these areas.
Follows data entry procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes. High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of experience in clerical and customer service activities
Thorough knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area
Well-developed customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
