Position: Student Loan Services AssociateStart Date: Monday, April 30thWork Hours: Scheduled times available between 8:00am andndash; 8:00pmWork Days: M-F with a rotating Saturday Required Training Hours: 8:30am andndash; 5:00pm for 4 weeksStatus: Full-Time (40 hours)The Student Loan Services Associate is responsible for successfully handling inbound telephone calls from customers regarding educational financial services to gain an understanding of their future needs, taking applications, or checking application status while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. Associates develop individual customer relationships by taking student loan calls and provide follow-up on applications. No sales, collections, or retention! The training class for this position will begin on Monday, April 30th and will be from 8:30am - 5:00pm for three weeks. Applicants must be able to attend each day of paid training to be considered.
