U.S. Bank Project Manager in FARGO, North Dakota
Responsible for a full range of activities which ensures the operational effectiveness and excellence of RPS Operations; serving as the functional expert on the RPS Operational servicing application(s), and daily operational processes and procedures. Responsible for representing and testing for RPS Operations.
Support RPS Operations in all facets of business such as projects, testing and systems/development support.
Develop and maintain an understanding of industry credit card practices/operations.
Develops a working knowledge of the RPS Operations systems and the daily operating policies/procedures.
May serve as a subject matter expert representing RPS Operations and participate in Project Management Office project meetings.
May participate in defining a project's high level, detailed, and functional requirements. Proactively and routinely communicates project deliverables status to the assigned Project Management Office Project Manager.
Documents and executes project test cases in the User Acceptance and production environments (as necessary).
Develop test cases and scenarios that are relevant and relate to the workings of not only the project deliverable but also to test the end user functionality.
Addressing the business unit's production issue(s) associated with implemented projects within the warranty period.
Proactively finding and researching RPS Operation’s needs, concerns and efficiency gains to produce project ideas that will benefit RPS Operations
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience in project management and leadership activities
Two to three years of managerial experience
Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
