Training ManagerGrand Forks AFB The Training Manager shall provide management, technical and functional support for training management of aircrew. The Aircrew have a large variety of training and currency requirements that require extensive tracking and documentation. The Training Manager must be able to accurately manage a variety of training profiles and requirements from multiple sources. Responsibilities:Comply with all Air Force training AFI, directives and policies as identified by wing training officesBe subject to multiple inspections from a variety of agencies and be required to prepare and pass those inspections at the standard specified by governing AFIsAccurately document the arrival and in processing of new squadron members to include past accomplished training and creation of new training profiles required by each aircrew members specific assignmentMonitor, manage and inform all aircrew members of currency requirements-based regulationsCoordinate with squadron Scheduler to accomplish all required training, currency and eventsIdentify all short comings and violations of currency requirements and inform leadership and affected aircrew members of each incidentUtilize a multitude of tracking software to annotate aircrew status changes such as regression and probationCreate, develop and administer checklists for managing all aspects of aircrew member currenciesCreate, develop and manage programs for returning aircrewCreate, develop and manage programs for additional certificationsCreate, update and maintain the squadron Letter of Xandrsquo;sCreate, develop and manage any training program as deemed necessary by leadershipOversee the creation, management and updates to simulator training profilesWork with personnel to generate required formsAct as the Point of Contact for compliance inspectionsQualifications:Have very relevant experience to duties aboveRequirements:U.S. citizenPossess a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and NATO Secret security clearancesPass a standard physical examination that includes, at a minimum: medical history, height, weight, and blood pressureBe able to complete light office lifting defined by moving 20lbs box up a flight of stairsSpectrum is proud of our diverse workforce and diligently committed to remaining an Equal Opportunity Employer.
