Our pasta-making expertise and product innovations have been utilized by nearly every major food marketer in the United States, Canada and across the globe!Come explore a career with us!Job SummaryInspects, monitors and audits the quality of incoming raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods to ensure they meet or exceed specifications. Reviews documentation pertaining to quality control audits, metal detectors, weight control, packaging and labeling integrity, and for all control points and critical control points per HACCP program. Assists with the administration and monitoring of the overall QC/QA program. Monitors all packaging lines to ensure that proper packaging materials and product are being packed. Conducts audits throughout the facility. Performs tests and take measurements of pasta production. Performs inspections on finished goods prior to shipment. Other duties as assigned by Lead or Manager.Essential Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Science is preferred1 year of food manufacturing (factory setting) experience strongly preferred1 year Quality Assurance in food manufacturing experience strongly preferredSolid understanding of GMP's, HACCPand food safety strongly preferredHigh level of computer proficiency required and thorough knowledge of Microsoft ExcelHigh level of accuracy and attention-to-detail requiredAbility to read, write and interpret documentsAbility to communicate, read and write in English in order to understand and follow work, GMP and safety instructionsMust be able to work any day and/or shift including weekends and holidays.
