Expertool LLC is seeking a highly motivated and focused office assistant. The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter with strong communication skills with the ability to take on new tasks.Essential Job Functions.Coordination and administration of DOT Compliance to include medical exams, drug testing, licensing, and managing driver qualification files.Filing of Driver Inspection ReportsUpdate/manage office filesMaintain compliance requirements by regulatory agencies such as DOT, FMCSA, IRP, DMV, IFTA, and TERO etc.Assist with IRP registration and renewalIFTA quarterly reporting of mileage and fuel usageEnsuring Compliance services such as Foley, DISA, ISN and PEC are maintained and up to dateAssist with maintenance of fleet records /filesMaintaining/Updating Auto and liability Insurance Maintain Drug Consortium compliance agencies such as DISA and TPSReview and process all driver applicant qualification documents for accuracy and completenessAssist with NEW HIRE process and paperwork; creating and maintaining new employee filesFilling and organizing receiptsSecure truck titles and licensesInitiates and tracks annual screening for MVR's, CDL's and Medical Certificates for all driversProvides general administrative support including typing, filing, copying, faxing, scheduling meetings, etc.Tracks Employee TrainingAudits Employee Files for AccuracyUpdate and maintain all terminated driver qualification, medical and compliance files.Performs other related duties as required and assigned Knowledge and SkillsStrong organizational and administrative skillsDriven to continue development of skills and knowledgeHigh School diploma /GED equivalent Prefer at least 1-year experience in administrative support; knowledge in the trucking industry a plus.Attention to detail and accuracyStrong computer skillsIntermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and related computer softwareWorking knowledge of FMCSR as it relates to driver qualification and related compliance issues Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish responsibilities with limited supervision Effective written and verbal communication skills Dependable and self motivated
