Benefits this Company Offers:Standard medical, dental, and vision insuranceGrowth and advancement opportunities Excellent pay and overtime available Responsibilities:Works with Chemical Control Tower Planner to review material job requirements for upcoming jobs in JUMP toolManages available inventory for the district, ensuring appropriate inventory levels to support jobsConfirms Materials and Volumes against BOL/MLT (inbound and outbound)Validates SAP transactions and makes the necessary corrections Enter and Completes QUEST Entry for any supplier issues or quality failuresNotify and resolve with PSD if issues arise with wellsite returnsand#149; Validates inbound material, quantity and quality received Track shipments and AUX equipmentConfirm daily load out report matches DFR and BOL TrackingAt DMI facilities ensures customer own goods are tracked and first out if possiblePerform Disposals and perform SAP Transfer to sloc 0551 (if approvedSupports Introduction of New Products and asses inventory on hand for phase out plansand#149; Ensure BP/DMI is set adequately to handle new product deploymentsParticipates in the Division HSE and Quality initiatives and programs (eg. SOIM's, Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives, LPT and SQC)Stays current with all safety trainingAdherence to policies, guidelines, and procedures with respect to: physical and financial inventory management, PO managementAll other duties assigned by supervisor Key Behavioral Factorsand#149; Adaptabilityand#149; Communication - Verbal and Writtenand#149; Team workand#149; Leadership and#149; Initiativeand#149; Organization Special Knowledge and Skills:Supply Chain KnowledgeInventory Management KnowledgeComputer knowledge: MS Excel, TMS, BOLs, SAP, and SWPSProven ability to build strong relationships within different departments and suppliers.
