The Pump Technician will report to the store manager and will play an important role servicing customers at work site, in and around the area.
In the role of the Pump Technician you will:
Pick-up and delivery of pumps while following established guidelines for transportation
Tear down and repair of bottom hole pumps, inspection of pumps for corrosion wear and pitting, air testing, pump out procedures used in the repairs
Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety procedures
Perform general store, shipping, receiving and counter duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Senior Store man
Maintain warehouse in an orderly manner
Preform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
Minimum of 6 months experience in services, manufacturing shop, warehouse working on mechanical equipment, engines, pumps, or mechanical assemblies, associated or used in the oil and gas, power, water, industrial applicationsEligibility Requirements:
Participate in on-call and overtime as required
Work weekends and holidays, as required
Work in a hands-on environment and able to lift up to 75 pounds
Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities

Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License Desired Characteristics:
